Sector
Machinery and heavy equipment.
A machine is bought once and lived with for years.
Industrial equipment is the family where a purchasing mistake is least recoverable. The unit cannot be returned economically, and a specification gap becomes a production constraint for its entire service life.
What has to be verified
Actual output against rated output, power supply compatibility, component origin for the parts that wear, and the manufacturer's ability to supply spares in five years rather than only today.
How we buy it
Against a firm order, with payment structured so that the machine is secured before it moves. We do not hold industrial equipment in stock, which is what allows us to buy to your specification rather than sell you what we happen to have.
Documentation travels with the machine
Conformity certificates, manuals and parts lists are part of the supply, not an afterthought to be requested once the unit is on site.
