Allaround Trading LLC

Sector

Residential and contract furniture.

Sourced to a specification, not selected from a catalogue.

Furniture is where origin substitution is easiest to get wrong, because two items can look identical and behave differently after a year of use.

What has to be verified

Frame construction, joinery method, foam density and fabric rub count. These are the attributes that determine whether a piece survives contract use, and they are the ones most often absent from a supplier's own description.

Origins we use

Vietnam for upholstered and case goods, Indonesia for solid wood, India for metal frames. Capacity is verified before the order rather than assumed from a catalogue.

Packaging is part of the specification

Furniture damaged in transit is furniture you cannot sell. Carton construction and corner protection are specified and checked, because a saving on packaging is usually spent twice over on replacements.
